Hua Hin offers many choices for dining. Nothing less than a feast awaits for your taste buds. With every kind of restaurant ranging from traditional Thai food restaurants to world class sea food restaurants, European restaurants, Japanese restaurants, American fast food, traditional English restaurants, Korean BBQ, Mexican food, Japanese food, Indian food and more.

Traditional Thai food is served everywhere, including food stalls along the beachfront and in Hua Hin‘s well-known Night Market. Hua Hin is the second biggest fishing port in Thailand, fresh seafood is offered daily direct at Hua Hin Fishing Pier and Khao Takiab Fishing Village to the restaurants scatter around the town, as well as along the beach.

Excellent Thai food can be found everywhere in Hua Hin, and street vendors are never too far away selling fresh fruit, skewered meat, spicy papaya salad, fried noodles and rolled barbecued squid.

Many of the street sellers are popular mainly with the Thais, yet foreigner may receive a few surprised looks when eating a fiery hot papaya salad from a polystyrene container in the street or at a bar. Restaurants that specializing in preparing seafood dishes are found on Naresdamri Road, Dechanuchit Road and the night market.

A few of them have balconies leaning out to the sea, providing guests with scenic views. Prices range from 100 to 500 baht. Markets in Hua Hin are also a great place to dine, an excellent place if you would like to try authentic Thai food.

Hotels and resorts offer sophisticated dining with ocean view or city view, and these range from top-notch specialty and international cuisine to light meals of Thai and Western varieties. There is an ample supply of bars and pubs, some of which have live music.

In addition, all of the hotels have bars and lobby lounges, many featuring live entertainment. Also be sure to try out the wide variety of kanoms (Thai sweets) and Thai fruits available in many restaurants, shops, vendor and stalls along the road.

Famous brands like KFC, Burger King, McDonald’s, Subway, Star buck, Pizza Company, Swenson and Haagen Dass are all located in Hua Hin. Restaurants close around 2200, but McDonald’s and Burger King have 24 hours service. 7-Eleven is open 24/7 everywhere in Hua Hin.
