There are also several driving ranges. The many markets sell various goods from souvenirs and fashion accessories to CDs and DVDs, conveniently open day and night.

Hua Hin is a popular place for shopping including hand-woven printed cotton, contemporary art handicrafts, silk fabric silk weaving, basket making, wood carving, embroidery, pottery, gemstones and jewelry. There is also a large shopping mall called Market Village.

The pace of nightlife is much slower than in the larger western-oriented towns of Patong and Pattaya. Most foreign-oriented nightlife is centered on Soi Selakam and Soi Bintabaht, where many typical beer bars are found. There are also the usual discothèques, live music venues, karaoke bars, hotel bars and even a lady-boy cabaret.
