Province:Prachuap Khiri Khan Province
Region:Western Thailand

Ban Krut Beach

Located almost 165 km south of Hua Hin, Ban Krut beach has recently become a famous attraction in Prachuap Khiri Khan. There is a wide white sandy beach, clear water and beachfront road lined with coconut and pine trees, which attracts visitors all year round.

Visitors can stroll along the beach to visit different shops and restaurants in a peaceful atmosphere. A good panorama view of the beach can be seen from the top of Thong Chai Mountain where a huge sitting Buddha image is situated. Hotels and resorts are available along the beach.

The Bang Saphan area consists of two cities Bang Saphan Noi (small) and Bang Saphan Yai (bigl). The area is not very developed so you come here to spend time almost alone on the beautiful beaches. The District has beautiful beaches at Ban Krut, Bang Saphan Noi, and Ban Burd. They offer white sand and clear clean water.

Koh Talu Island, just off the coast, is an increasingly popular diving and snorkeling spot because of its beautiful coral reefs. For a visit to Koh Talu it is advisable to have more than one day to time to travel by car or other transport and then transfer by boat.
