There are 9 excavation sites of dinosaur’s fossils around the park, dated back to 130 million years. In excavation sites No 1 is fossils of the worfd new genus of Sauropod called Phuwiangosaurus sirindhomae.
While in site No 9 found another genus of Tyranosaurus called Siamotyrannus isanesis, which is also a new genus of the world. Another place of interest is the fossil sedimentation of oyster shells from early cretaceous period. This fossil site can be found on one of the walking tract in this park.
