Kui Buri National Park is located next to one of the largest national parks of the country, Kaeng Krachan.
The park has 969 km2, covers parts of Amphur Pranburi, Samroiyod and Muang in Prachuap Kiri Khan province. Both parks are rich in flora and fauna and offer habitat to animals like the tiger, elephant and an incredible number of bird species.
Kui Buri is most famous for its wild elephant watching with dry evergreen and moist evergreen forest is the sanctuary of important trees. Wildlife is abundant, including elephant, malayan tapir, wild pig, gibbon, macaque, bear, barking deer, langur sambar deer and the smaller mouse deer.
