Khao Lampi – Had Thaimuang National Park is located in Thaimuang district, Phang Nga province. Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation declared this area to be the national park No. 52 on April 14, 1986.
It has a total area approximately 44,950 rais with 2 different geographical areas, which are Thaimuang beach and Lampi mountain.
Car: Visitors can travel from Bangkok to Khao Lampi – Had Thai Muang National Park by car on highway No. 4 (Pechkasem road) or travel by bus Bangkok-Phuket on the old road to reach Thaimuang District, Phang Nga Province. Then from Pechkasem Road directly along the beach road about 5 km to reach the Headquarters of the park.
Plane: Visitors can travel by plane from Bangkok to Phuket International Airport which is about 35 km from Khao Lampi – Had Thaimaung National Park, then take the bus to Thai Muang District and take the Motorcycle taxi directly along the beach road about 5 km to reach the Headquarters of the park.
