This backpacker’s hangout in Ho Chi Minh City is composed of 3 streets: Bui Vien Street, Pham Ngu Lao Street and De Tham Street in District 1, just a short walk from Ben Thanh Market. Nowadays, Bui Vien Street has quickly turned into a zone for foreigners.
